Mercury Grand Marquis LS - Kodachrome Wolf - 01-11-2015 07:43 PM

This is my '97 Grand Marquis LS. I have had it since June of 2011, back when it had about 112K miles. It's been a reliable car since purchase, and like any car, has its quirks that I know how to handle.

It's not really modded, but it has had some personalization over that time, so here's list I can think of:
-'88 Hood Ornament
-'90 140 MPH horizontal speedometer
-'92 Pin Wiper Arms and Cowl (A troubling area on this car until I did this; stopped the skipping Dodgy I could go on for years about this issue, lol.)
-'94 "Brick" Steering Wheel
-'96 '4.6L' Engine Cover
-'98 6G Alternator (With nearly 250K, charging fine Tongue)
-'97 P71 ECU
-'Grand Marquis' fender badges using '92-'94 MGM trunk badging
-Blacked out grille
-15" Police Steelies, Body Colored, paired with 1970s FoMoCo dog dishes and trim rings
-DRL Module
-Autodim mirror with Compass
-New Headlights
-Blinker Mod
-LCM Blinker Bypass; signals now use flasher in under dash fuse box
-LED Rear tail light bulbs
-Dual Exhaust
-Aftermarket Pioneer stereo
-281 CI Badge on trunk

There's probably some other minor stuff I can't think of, but essentially my car is still pretty much stock, just with some stuff to make it mine.

Always loved this car, you've done some nice modifications to it.

I have to agree, love the look of your car. when a car is tastefully modded....things blend together and just fit. You nailed it, you got a looker there and didnt have to go over the top with it

Some one is pretty good at photography too, some of those shots are amazing. MGM brochure worthy for sure.
