hello everyone, I am eagleeyered and I have a 2010 CVPI withe under 72000 miles, and under 2500 idle-hours. I chose this car as my forever car, so the painting and mods i am gonna do to it are worth it.

Hey y'all,

Next week I'm getting a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis with 32k miles, +2k more once I get it, as it's coming from Ohio to Arizona just to be with me. Technically I got it as my wife's first car - she's from the Philippines, never driven until she arrived here - but really it's just as much for me too. I love the idea of having a Panther again. With that said though, my DD is a 2012 EcoBoost MKS and I love that thing.

I used to be on crownvic.us back when I had my CVLX but I sold that about 4 or 5 years ago and hadn't been on since. I see it's gone now though so here I am. Wanted to join back into the Panther discussion since I'm reentering it and hopefully you fellas will give me some solid ideas on tasteful and subtle Grand Marq mods. Lookin forward to exchanging whip pics and discussing the joys of Panther ownership. Smiley-with-glasses23

As a bonus I attached a crappy pic of the local sheriff department in my old town that used a Mercury Marauder as a marked police cruiser. I can only assume they confiscated it from a criminal and were dumb enough to think, "Hey, let's drill holes in it!"

Although I signed up last year, I'm just getting around to my Intro.
I'm Colin from Mechanicville, NY I have a couple Panther Boxes. My main ride is an 85 GM Colony Park wagon. My back up and donner is an 82 Marquis.

FI has been replaced with a 4 barrel, Lincoln log, exhaust manifolds, duals and a few other things on the wagon at the moment.

I'm building a 93 mustang HO with GT40p heads (upgraded springs) and I'm picking up the FI off a 99 Mountaineer, hopefully, next week. I'm going to need some help on this ... can I use the ECU off the Mountaineer, the complete wiring harness etc.

Ok, that's a little about me.....

  Mixed Breed CVPI

Hey guys - I posted earlier that I am looking for a Panther - came a cross someone who tells me the CVPI he has for sale was originally a P74 car that was then loaded with all the P71 features. Owner claims it has 75 more HP than a regular P71. I'm not buying his story on the HP but I might buy the car because it's really clean and low miles. Anyone have verification on a P74/P71 mixed breed Panther? Thanks in advance.

Hello to the board - I am an ex- German iron lover looking to go American and definitely want a CVPI with low idle hours. I realize the board has tons of information and i have done a lot of reading but if anyone can enlighten me as to the things to avoid or point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any and all help. Frank096
