If you go to purchase a P71, get a Street Appearance Package version (SAP). I haven't seen one of those that didn't come with cruise plus they have the really nice advantage of having the Interceptor equipment without the Interceptor look or holes. A quick look around says that you're looking at a 2000 lb capacity with you in an empty car. So it probably depends upon what you're towing and what else you'll have in the car. You'd probably benefit from getting a car with the 3.27 or 3.55 locked rear end. Apparently the 3.27 hunts gears pretty badly with minimal elevation change. You can find that out by running the VIN or if you inspect the car in person, looking at the tag on the rear end.
