RE: new guy
Thanx for the welcome.
black_vic yes comfortable ride, reliability and economy and
handling whilst pulling a trailer.
Is the town car not based on the same platform as the other two, vic.g marquis?
should I be asking these questions in a different sec of this forum?
many questions I have.

Same platform, just slightly different final assembly...and the body was mostly different. TC had an extended frame like the P70(taxi), softer suspension, rear air springs, etc.

RE: new guy
The panther air suspension might not take well to towing, I don't have experience with that though. A good compromise might be the Grand Marquis which is more mileage and comfort oriented than the Interceptor Vic but may have a more towing-mod-oriented build than the TC. I think they both came with it as an option.

RE: new guy
I see,I have seen a fix or upgrade for the TC rear air bags, spring or something.
silly question, is it common knowledge that all p71s do not come with cruise control?
also the description of the TC is "easy to work on" what makes it so?
sorry, lots of questions
