Who I be.

Who I be.
Although I signed up last year, I'm just getting around to my Intro.
I'm Colin from Mechanicville, NY I have a couple Panther Boxes. My main ride is an 85 GM Colony Park wagon. My back up and donner is an 82 Marquis.

FI has been replaced with a 4 barrel, Lincoln log, exhaust manifolds, duals and a few other things on the wagon at the moment.

I'm building a 93 mustang HO with GT40p heads (upgraded springs) and I'm picking up the FI off a 99 Mountaineer, hopefully, next week. I'm going to need some help on this ... can I use the ECU off the Mountaineer, the complete wiring harness etc.

Ok, that's a little about me.....

Welcome to PBB Reverend.
Doesn't the mustang 5.0 have a distributor up thru 93'?

Oh ok, but if you're using a 99' Mountaineer ecu that's programmed for later ignition using COPS... isn't that a huge issue when dealing with the older 5.0 with a distributor?

RE: Who I be.
Does '99 Mountaineer use cops? or coil packs?
