New P71 Owner
Here sometime soon I'm going to be getting a new (to me) car. A 1997 Ford Crown Victoria P71. I'm getting this from my Grandpa who has had it since 2000. Runs and drives great, well it will once the battery gets replaced. I don't know what/if mods I'm going to do with it. I know the sound system will get updated though. I have driven this before, and it was fun. This car was a pursuit vehicle used by the Indiana State Police, and owned by a now retired detective. Don't know what makes this car different from a normal patrol car other than it only has one spotlight and never had a light bar on the roof.

Hershy-- cool ride- mine is similar, ex- detective car, no spotlamp though- even more stealth. everything else applies though...
Cool Everyone knows that Crown Vics are really 4 door Mustangs......

Thanks, can't wait to get it home and start to make it my own. I think I get it next week, but not 100% sure though.
